Nierika is the name I received from a Mexican shaman from the Huichol tradition. This name, for me, is a way of being and living that is reflected in the arts I practice. My work is primarily a personal exploration of the connections between art, nature, and spirituality.

I am a landscape and abstract photographer. My photographs play with colors, often incorporating infrared, creating unique, fascinating, and sometimes phantasmagorical images. They are inspired by an ancestral worldview, that of the Huichol people. For them, art is a part of their spirituality and daily life. I strive to convey in my photos the "art of seeing" as perceived by the Huichol, where the act of seeing itself becomes art.

In addition to photography, the second art form I practice is music. I am an electro-ethereal musician, combining sounds of nature, sacred frequencies, and bass music. Through my music, I seek to express my worldview—a world of interconnections where nature is a powerful guide for the spiritual growth of each individual.

I now wish to share this vision to perhaps inspire others to explore their connections with nature and their creative potential.
